‘Creative Economy’ is now playing a key role in enhancing significant changes in the Thai economy in harmony with the following economic-driving fundamentals: application of knowledge, education, creation of work, and application of intellectual properties, all of which are closely related to cultural background, social accumulative knowledge, and technological innovations. Apparently, the development of science and technology in creative economy serves as an essential ground floor or a spring board for economic development from which the outcome is the economically value-added products and manufacturing processes in global society. In other words, researches to create new technology and innovations are certainly the key factors to the success of such economic development.
